We are excited to announce that we will be flying on September 29, 2026.
Our flight operations crew is contacting eligible applicants in our
database to fill all seats for our special day to Washington DC.
If you receive a message about your selection for the flight,
please return the call as soon as possible!
We want to get you booked for your trip!
We will have a preflight meeting-- our Meet and Greet--
Saturday August 29th, at the Christ Lutheran Church in Kansas City, MO.
If you have been confirmed for this flight as a veteran or guardian,
please plan to attend this important morning meeting.
The Meet and Greet is the flight briefing about requirements,
day of the flight expectations, answer any questions you may have,
and receive your T-shirt and lanyard for your trip.
For this flight, you will need to have
your Real ID Drivers license, passport OR other acceptable
identification to board the flight and gain entrance
to Arlington National Cemetery. Please see this link to
ensure you have the acceptable form of
ID for this trip- ID Requirements for Federal Facilities.
